I was told you can and all you need is to run a potable DVD in the glove box and it will play through the NAV screen.

I havent done it but I dont really care to either.

I am actually very upset that the bloody Bose stereo doesn` play MP3`s not to mention a 1750usd NAV that doesn`t interact with the stereo, nor have bluetooth or play DVD`s and everybody elses cheaper cars like all the VW`s Audis and Minis all play MP3`s .My friends Jetta does i believe.Really annoying Bose took years to put Mp3`s on their bloody home systems i remeber only a year or 2 ago.
I`m sorry but i think i made a mistake for the extra 1750 because i could have got a double din kit and put in a state of the art Pioneer AVIC-D3 from ebay for 750usd shipped that plays DVD`s and 50 more functions than the factory Navigation.Added all the extra kits like Bluetooth, voice recognition, wireless handsfree Sirus the works.
I might just sell teh stock NAV for 1500usd if anyone wants it let me know .Obviously its NEW Im in Florida shipping is on you.

I'm interested if you can get a group buy set up. I would love to have a decent size screen to plug my zune into. Need some time to get funds together...maybe 2 weeks.

I absolutely **love** the mounting, but tell me if I missed something? It looks like the screen will neither accept digital or analog computer input (other than thru a TV adapter) or provide mouse-like touchscreen output.

If that's so the existing carPC monitors might be better, at half the price, if not so neatly mounted.

But oh, that mounting!
But oh, that price for an analog screen.
