Now $1800 per year down from almost $2500. Still more than I paid before this car, BUT - all my older cars were insured in a different town and were used when I got them.

So maybe I can use that "saved" money for more mods! To date, it's TWM shifter base bushings, 70 duro AWR rear engine mount, Mazdaspeed CAI. I want everything on this car, even if it's garaged December through March.

I know. I could not believe the drop in rates. Then again I did get married in April, so I was expecting a small decrease..

I shall just pray to Jeebus I never have to find out what it's like to file a claim with Geico - y'alls know that means Government Empoyees Insurance Co, right? Whatever that means.

You were paying $2500 a year for the Speed3? Damn! How old are you? I fully insured my Speed3 and 07 MX-5 for less than $1700 a year. What insurance company do you use?
