help with 2003 or 2003,5 msp front bumper..

hi.. i saw that one of those have the fog light spot and 1 of them dont.. which yr of msp comes with fog lights? 03 or 03,5 ?? and im planin to put a msp front bumper on my p5 since i need to change it from a little accident.. so.. plz msp owners or other ppl tell me which one is which.. ! thanks :)

03 msp front bumper has fogs, and looks identical to the P5, except the P5 has the orange side markers. The 03.5 has the same front bumper, but it also has a lip attached that changes the look of the fog light openings. The 03.5 msp did not have fog lights. In the pics below, the orange one is the 03.

im tryin to find a 03 or 03,5 msp bumper... i cant find n e replica and dealer is askin 400$CAD for a new one ..
