is there any way to adjust the clutch pedal? as itno not having to puch the pedal damn near out the firewall to make the clutch dis-engage?

what consists of the disengagement stroke? how is that measured. it tells how to measure free play but not this.

also, can someone explain the difference between free play and total free play?
