And if you did, does it suck as bad as I think it does?
Ordered a Sparco shift knob 5/31. Nothing. I email their "if you want to know status" link, nothing. I call, ...spoke to a nice guy who says "We don't have it yet". I've seen 3 on ebay for sale. I know they are out there. SUP?!
Am I just finding out something all you other folks already knew?

Tell them to cancel the order through domain and get it off of ebay. If it's cheaper or the same price of course.

I told them.... Don't you know who I am?!
Evidentally, Swampass means little to them. I called them and the dude said....uh, looks like Sparco doesn't want to send it to us. I said...s'ok, I don't want to pay. He canceled order and apologized. I mean, they can only do what they can do. I'm going to get one of those LED ones that flash with my bass. Time to start rolling the mall lots with my Justin Timberlake CD cranked.

Yes. Ordered a shifter bezel from them a long while back. When I finally got it, it was scratched to hell. Thanks cardomain. Oh yeah, got a shitty cardomain t-shirt as well thrown in there as a generous bonus.

Actually, I'm going to stick up for sounddomain/cardomain here. On other forums, OldOneEye is known for his involvement with the store. It is unclear if he is the owner, or a partner, or just an employee (because he is very reserved and modest about anything related to the company.) However, he occasionally puts out awesome special pricing for members using coupon codes...some are rediculously cheap. Bottom line, we trust him.
That said, I've ordered several products from sounddomain, and every time the delivery has been record-fast, and accurate. So, no problems.
If I may, let me recommend horsepowerfreaks, or options auto salon, both of which I've had zero trouble with.
For audio though, sounddomain is very good at their job.

I too have ordered from sounddomain before and have always had good experiences. They're pretty good with returns and their prices are not that bad; especially with the piece of mind that's missing from eBay. I actually have the Injen CAI on the way from them (at least I hope it's on the way). I've been a customer of theirs for over 3 years now.
