AEM UEGO Wideband O2 Gauge Kit

BEGi Fuel Pressure Regulator
would this be a good alternative in tunning my car. all i want to do is cut down my fuel so i can achieve greater horsepower. i already have the mp3 ecu, so my timming is already tuned.
does anybody else have this combiation? is this a good idea? lmk
