Random alignment question

Let's say the mood strikes, and I feel I just have to disassemble my suspension (no idea why). I remove the springs and the shocks, clean them or whatnot, then put them back. Do I need to redo my alignment (even if I was really careful and didn't change the settings on my GC coilsleeves)?

Also, let's say I go crazy and install Illuminas one day. Do I need to redo my alignment then?

Thirdly, what if I feel the urge to go from 375#in front springs to 400#in or firmer. Do I need to have my alignment redone then?

What if I put in GTspec rear trailing arms?

yea, pretty much when you are messing or taking apart any part of the suspension its a good idea to get an alighnment, or at least have it checked to be safe than sorry.
