So I have a kid coming and need a bit more cash to do some stuff so I am selling my Kenwood deck and iPod interface (NOT INCLUDING THE IPOD!!) The deck is dual DIN so you do not need to worry about filling the lower space from your factory deck and it is not all that flashy looking so it does not attract thieves.
I paid about $400 for it brand new and want to get $275 for everything (deck and interface).

Here are the specs for the deck from Crutchfield:

If you have a double-sized dash opening in your car, fill it in style with the Kenwood Excelon DPX-701 CD/MP3 player. Designed to fit the 4" tall opening common in many newer cars, the stereo comes loaded with all of the performance features you'd expect from Kenwood.

Into digital music? The DPX-701 plays back the MP3, WMA, and AAC music files that you've burned onto discs, and your song titles will appear on the two-line, 64-color display. Six preset EQ curves, along with sophisticated bass, treble, and midrange controls, let you shape the sound to your liking. A USB input makes it easy to connect your portable music player or other compatible source to the system, while Kenwood's ACDrive software allows you to navigate through your digital music files with ease.

Kenwood's "Graphic Motion Analyzer" lets you dial in one of five different performance measurements — like torque, horsepower, and G force — and monitor your results right up on the display. Dual zone capability lets you play one source (like a CD) in the back while you enjoy another (like the radio) up front. And you'll always be in control, thanks to the DPX-701's oversized rotary control knob.

The DPX-701 even offers controls for a satellite radio or HD Radio tuner. Add Kenwood's Bluetooth control interface (available in the fall) to the mix and enjoy the convenience of hands-free cell phone calls. Three sets of 5-volt preamp outputs ensure great sound from all your amps and subs.

It is actually a really good deck. I have liked it a lot. It is nice too cause you can toss some mp3's on a jump drive ( i have one on my keyring) if you don't have your ipod and you still have some music with you.
Oh yeah. The G meter is kind of fun to have....just have someone riding with you to tell you what you are pulling so you don't have to look at the deck mid-turn!

I have never tried a full size USB hard drive before. I have used a 4 GB USB key and it worked fine though....

the one on the right is not a knob....it is a little joystick that maybe sticks out about 1/8" or so...

mousaillon,
i can ship it however you want but i would need to know how you intend to pay. I don't want to be a punk or anything but as you only have 1 post I would be a little wary to sell to you unless there was a sure way I would get the cash. Sorry, that is how things are on the net these days.
