Does anyone know where I can find a "how-to" for removing/replacing the turbo in the MSP?

1 Lift car
2 Remove intercooler/intake piping, cover turbo inlet/outlet/intake
3 spray pb blaster on exhaust manifold bolts
and turbo exhaust studs.
4 remove fans
5 drain/remove radiator (optional if you don't, be careful not to puncture)
6 start loosening spipe-jpipe bolts.
7 loosen manifold bolts
8 it's easier to lower manifold/turbo/spipe as an assembly to the ground/floor.

General socket set, box-end wrench for the manifold bolts (10mm IIRC).
You may want to pick up a set of manifold bolts/studs cuz you'll more
than likely break 1 or 2.
Why are you removing it?

5.25 Also, don't forget to disconnect the top oil feed and the lower oil return. People say you are less likely to get a leak if you pull the oil return off the block instead of off the turbo.
5.5 Remove the coolant feed and return, pull the hose clamps off and remove the hard lines from the rubber lines.
5.75 Disconnect the Wastegate Actuator vacuum line.
