Ok, I just installed a coldpipe with an adjustible HKS SSQV and I am running a dual setup with the stock BPV, Hotpipe and Intake.

For the first 10 minutes I was driving the car, it ran fine, except I couldn't hear the BOV.

Before I got a chance to adjust the BOV, the car running like shit.

It sounds like I have some kind of vacuum leak when I'm accelerating.

I checked all of the couplers, vac lines, connections, and I tried adjusting the BOV, from the loosest setting to the tightest and I still get this leaking sound and I feel like I have no power at WOT but when driving normally, I hear the "leak" but the car drives and accelerates fairly normally...

when i accelerate hard or at WOT it sounds like shit and has almost no power...

someone help!!!

There has to be a leak somewhere, what about the BOV is it a real HKS? Try putting your hand in front of the valve while idling, does that change anything?

So where was the leak? How I had said about your hand over the BOV isn't supposed to blow but suck a little. That's how you know to adjust the BOV tighten or lossen. If it's too loose it will suck but if it's too tight it won't vent, at least that's how I did it.

The leak was at the TB...the coupler was clamped too loosely... as far as the BOV i dont think i felt anything when i putmy hand over it but i'll try again

use the brake booster line for your vacuum source for both the bpv and bov
