After reading all this blown motor shit, I feel compelled to replace the shitty internal crap. Is there anyone in the area (NH) that would be willing to give me a hand and make some $?

If you're not going to mod it and crank up the boost, as long as you take care of your baby, chances are she'll be fine. :)

You need to read up on all the members who run higher boost applications on stock blocks with much success. You just have to do your homework, and do everything right the first time.

Members to look into are: pirana, JDM Sam, Sandspeed, yashooa, and plenty of others running around the boards.

As long as you stay reasonable w/ boost or have supporting mods when turning it up you should be fine. I've been running around 7-8 psi for a couple years now since it increased by itself since adding an intake and exhaust and I have had no issues.

Just dont abuse her and you'll be fine...stay away from consistent hard launches and burn outs...

Well, Ive already been having problems from the beginning. So I just bought a brand new turbo for $700. I want to leave the boost alone and don't really plan on modding it much.

Mod it, you know you wabt to LOL. Yeah I also have been running 8psi since about a day after I've had the car with great success. I have about every bolt on that you can have and still on the stock motor at about 10psi for about a yr now. I'm not saying raise the boost or add a bunch of mods but if done properly the motor does take well to mods.

I guess I just miss my old car. Yah, I have a few minor things done here and there, but I love to spend money on other things to...so it doesn't leave me much cash for modding this MSP. I hate car payments!
