I asked this in the Protege5 section and got no response, so I'm asking the rest of the third gen people.
My airbag light is blinking and was just wondering if the sensor might be bad or something else? If so where is the sensor located?

Do you put anything under your front seats? If you do it may have knocked the side airbag connector loose. Just check under your front seats for an electrical connector, I believe its yellow and make sure its tight. That happened to me awhile ago, airbag light blinking and first thing I checked was that sensor. It turned out the connector was loose and once it was tight the light went away.

Checked it yesterday, I hear the other one is in the center console?

It would be alot easier to diagnose if the code was read by a scanner. I would have scanned it last night if I went to the meet. Anybody near by who can do it for u?

Will probably just go to autozone tonight, I hope it's nothing big.

If it stayed on full then you got a big problem, like sumthing is malfunctioning or not getting a signal. But you say it blinks, I'm thinking its something just loose.
