so which one does a msp have?
i mean one is for performance and the other for the emissions?

we have both. VTCS is used to create higher engine temps faster after cold starts. most people remove this for performance gains.

so i guess thats why people put on 626 mani's then, eh?

the 626 manifold removes both, which is better for boosted performance

what do you do with the actuators for them? i bet if you unplug them youll get a CEL... you just leave them plugged there with nothing to "actuate" ?

Just leave them plugged in. I also capped off the holes on mine.
