If you need a replacement turbo, Id suggest posting in the WTB (Want to Buy) section, ebay, or purchase a brand new GT28rs

Yah, I know it's ridiculous, but I found one new for slae for $700. He has it listed as 0000-88-C89. I don't know if it's just a type-o or there really is another turbo with this number.
