Recently, I put an order in a ProtegeGarage for a Unichip, SMIC, and GReddy SP2 exhaust system.
The order was processed quickly, but it came back to me that my CC had been denied (due to such a large charge). Ken shot me an email, and we took care of the issue.
Once processed a second time, I was notified that the exhaust was needing to be ordered direct from GReddy with a 6-week lead time. Having a time deadline, I notified Ken. We evaluated some other options, and came up with a solution.
Overall, the experience has been great. Good products combined with good customer service.
