The 03 lip is less rounded.

The 03.5 lip changes profile towards the middle of the bumper and is better suited/matched with the 03.5 front lip.

No difference in terms of the side skirts. The only things that changed were the front and rear lips.

yup - mine was made to use one style, and i used the other style to hold it to the car. still works. these kits SHOULD come with the proper clips already.

Yes they will fit but you will have to drill holes or use REALLY good 3M two-sided tape or urethane.

DIY installable provided you have a drill powerful enough and the right bit.

I'm pretty sure they are urethane and not fiberglass as Ken usually deals with factory / factory replacement parts.

and...dead cactus...there is a problem with his shippment of mazda body parts, as you can read. once it's smoothed out, he'll get back to you...if he hasn't already. but dude, the difference between you and me...he's got my money and i still don't have the part that i ordered. it's all about patience. i have confidence that ken is trying to get this resolved.

i have never seen a private message from you, sorry. i do attempt to empty my inbox every day as that is honestly how fast it fills up. even on my days off (what are those?) i try to empty it out.

this is also why i make the phone number, emails and my other people's contact info available to people, in the event that one cannot reach me one way or is ok dealing with one of my employees.

i have not gotten the new shipment of skirts in yet from mazda. my next truck is due tomorrow, so i should have news for people then on the rear skirts.

what worries me the most is that all the boxes were labelled "mazdaspeed pro rear lip" with the proper part numbers but had 6 lips in them. my pessimist side tells me i will get another batch of 6 lips tomorrow (sick)

its not really mazda as much as it is thier warehouse buffoons. certain warehouses are better than others, the one serving my area is particularly poor i am told. i have gotten manifolds shipped to me in plastic bags.

Most likely 17" in the Advan RG-II/Rota Boost style. Gold of course. I'd only go 18's in gold with chrome lip.

got my car back from the shop. not too happy with any of the work that was done. the guy who did the work is appearantly new and i'm going to have to have a lot of it buffed out and redone. the sides weren't hung correctly, the back is at an angle, and the front is gapped out a bit, nothing was primed before paint, still has a dent in it, and there are scratches all over it now. from far, it looks awesome, but up close, it's poorly done. i have a meeting with the owner tomorrow.

that sucks,. you have to watch out for shops and people like that. the shop that did my body work after the wreck majorly fucked up with my paint and some parts look off.....annoying but not much i can do about it now...it rained for a week after i picked it up and i did not get a chance to really look.

Thats sucks! You didn't go to Maaco did you? I ended up paying 1k to have mine painted and installed, and was really glad I didn't take my friends supervisors advice.

nah...it wasn't macco. i took it to a small custom shop here in the area, and everything i have ever seen the owner do, has been great. he mainly does custom bikes and airbrushing now, and his employees do the autobody stuff, but appearently he wasn't around when my car was being done, so it slid out the door in the condition it's in. from a distance it looks great, but when you get up closer, you can tell that someone cut a lot of corners. shouldn't be a problem to get it fixed cause it's his name on the line.

I know a great little shop here that has been doing all my work. They quoted me $500 for the 4 skirt pieces (front, rear, 2 sides). Everything they've done in the past has looked awesome, so I'm hoping for the same thing once again.

got mine on today.... now i have to wiggle my exhaust around - its rubbing pretty bad. (more like "pressing") i don't think the magnaflow was designed to fit with this skirt.

so...no problems with talking to the shop. the owner said to bring it in on tuesday and let him have it for a day and he would take off the whole body kit, fix the paint issues and reinstall the kit correctly. he assured me that the issues would be resolved and that the original installer would be spoken to about the issues.

so, after i left the shop, i got home, and my grandmother backed into the rear passenger door. now that has to be fixed too. called the shop, he said that he should be able to get the door done tuesday as well. i'll keep ya'll informed. hopefully post the pics of my beautiful baby soon!
