I was told the turn around time to Canada would be 7-10 business days, and I tried emailing Ken but I didn't get a response back. I'm wondering when this item was shipped out so I can get a better idea when to expect it, or if it even did. I payed on paypal May 9, 2007 the_jaf@shaw.ca AND I got a paypal confirmation saying the payment was sent succesfully, and my bank account has been deducted. So unless I ordered wrong for some reason (I dont know how I would have), I don't know what's going on.

I read the other thread now that he isn't dealing with Paypal anymore but that was 7 days after I placed my order, and I don't know what's going on anymore.

Please, I don't want to be scammed 200 bucks. Somewhere something went wrong, all I know is i'm out 200 bucks without an SRI.

After you sent payment did you click the return to vendor and send invoice link? If not, the order was not sent to Ken. He has had some problems with it so he no longer accepts paypal. I can say he is a great guy and will take care of the problem lickity split.

I sure hope so because I heard nothing but great things about protege garage and this is my first go at it with them.

I do feel a little bad if I didn't do it right, and based on his other thread, I guess i'm the one who did things wrong. But I didn't see the "special instructions" that I was supposed to follow, and i'm not "click happy" persay especially when i'm dumping 200 bucks on the internet. I just usually send the payment and we are good to go with online vendors. I did not do the return to vendor and and send invoice thing. I'm looking at my paypal email and I don't see anything on there regarding that.

I just assumed that once the payment goes through wtih paypal that the transaction is done, and the vendor takes it from there. I'm used to this with ebay transactions, so I don't know what do now in this situation.

Please can we get this resolved as soon as possible.

i got your email and tried to send one back but it got kicked back to me as refused spam. sorry for that.

i checked your name on my website and it shows no orders pending or ever placed. it said on the checkout screen before i deleted it that when using paypal, you must click return to vendor/return to merchant or the order will not go through. i know i am not the only company who has this issue with paypal. ATP Turbo states the same thing during the checkout process as does TWM if i am not mistaken. ebay is totally different as it is totally integrated with paypal now more than ever.

there is no way short of me using paypal's own shopping cart and rewriting the entire site to have eliminated that. last week, i was scammed out of $1200 thanks to paypal and they are working to scam me out of $1900 more by the end of next week. so i am done with PayPal unless its a VERY special circumstance or special customer. and even then its by request only.

not to single out non-US customers, but most people from outside the US would choose paypal thinking they could avoid paying additional shipping fees that way and force me to ship the item without them having to pay. one more frustration that led me to dump the service.

if you want the intake i will go into my paypal logs, look up your transaction, retrieve your address and send one out. if you prefer, you can also get a refund. also note, if you cannot reach me by email, there are always private messages and i do list my phone number here and on the website. i am pretty much one guy handling the internet sales side of things so you can imagine i get buried easily.

please PM me and let me know if you wish to get the intake or prefer a refund.
