Update? I have been getting tired of the black out the back and I suspect there is something there to help with that. You are the 2nd person to state the flash helps with more power.

again... POST THE NUMBER OF THE FLASH please. Everyone talks about a reflash but noone actually has any proof that it was done. I am not starting trouble, but there is a BIG difference between a reset and a flash. The program should be listed on the service paperwork.

thanks... I am just trying to clean up the whole flash situation.

Sorry to dig up an old thread. I had the mount bolt recall done today and a flash done to the ecu in hopes that it would fix my little 6th gear surges. Updated with file SW-L34BEG000. Havent gotten to test 6th gear boost levels, but it seems all boost levels ahve remained the same. I cant tell much difference so far but ill wait for at least 100 miles to give the final verdict.

heres my invoice to prove it

Sorry to dig up an old dug up thread. But I didn't think I had the problem until I did a recent dyno and read this thread.

I'm intermittently losing power. Check out the second pull. It was much higher than the first pull, but loses power at 5k RPM's.

They all loose power at 5k RPM.

At 5500 RPM's, yes. But the red line is above the blue line, except for at 5000 RPM's.
