I think I would have prefered the JDM Mazda 6 than the USDM. The 2.3 MZR has an output of 178 PS, I think that's about 180 hp.

Thanks. I was going to say 175, but I wasn't sure about the conversion/difference and went for the low side rather than the high side...

+1 for the Speed6 Hatch!!!! I would trade mine in and loose my ass to get a Speed6 hatch. I just love the way they look so much more than the sedan.

that's most likely never going to happen......... don't you ever wonder why the mazda6 sedan has fold forward rear seats..........but the speed6 does not?

it has a solid cross member/frame behind the seats.......to make the car more rigid...... I don't see how you can do that in a wagon or hatch :(

but I would have definitely loved a hatch.
