ok, I dinoed my car today with the SU test pipe and the upgraded TMIC.
I made 279 torque and 262 whp on a mustand dyno. I'm running stock boost since we found out the greddy boost controller wasn't working right. outside temp was 80f.
so far performance mods are intake, tmic, test pipe and hks bov in recirculation mode.
in the first pic, you'll see the comparison between the dyno with just the intake and the bov, and the new dyno.
thanks to the intercooler I have full boost till about 5900 rpms

Nice numbers!

Did you dyno before you added the test pipe and the tmic? How much of a gain did you get?

before it was 241whp and now its 262 which is a 21whp gain and before was 270tq and now is 279tw so thats 9tq. and boost holds up to 5900 rpms.

Uhhh, he gained 21WHP from only TWO mods. And that's Peak HP numbers...I'm sure Under-The-Curve power gain is greater. Furthermore, those mods release a lot of backpressure in the engine, therefore it's not working as hard to produce the same amount of power = better long term reliability.

Take care.

Yep. I would gladly pay that for those gains.

obviously you've never seen people that spend 800-1000 on intake, header, and exhaust for the their N/A car ie honda and only gain about 10-15 whp.

21WHP gain is NOT a little bit of hp, it makes a big difference.

$550 for TMIC upgrade.

Maybe you can, but I can't justify that kind of expense for only 21hp.

well maybe you have more important things to waste your money on. we don't LOL so its just a passion for improving the car! 500 dollars for 21 hp might sound stupid to you! but there are 800 dollar catbacks that give you 15hp 400 dollars intake that give 10 hp soo is not the mod that is expensive for what it is. only that modifing this cars are expensive! and you will see allot of people here that will order the CPE FMIC for 1100 bucks! they will give problaly 30 hp and there a bunch of oher people here that will want to buy it! so you are basicly calling most of the members here stupid! built made a thread about some results that he was happy with, and ill be too, no need to call him or a bunch of members stupid. just keep those coments to yourself if we wanted any of that pesimist thinking will be talking about that to our parents! this forum is for suport and helping other members.

if my spelling sucks is because is 5:45 AM and i just woke up and cant even see out of this eyes!(sleep)

That is your opinion. Great. Lets not name call people for their own decisions on modding. It is called perception of value.
