Gemini Composites RC hood stripped threads and rainguard drainage.

I stripped one of the threads of the hood when I installed back when I bought it but never bothered to fix it. I remember seeing someone else having this problem but don't remember how they fixed it. Can I just use a larger bolt, or do I have to re-tap it?...

Also where is everyone putting the drain hole and hose on the rain guard? I remeber seeing it on the opposite side of the intake about 1/4 of the way from the side.

get a bolt and the size of it, then buy (if you do not have) a tap & die set, its easy to use, really good idea to have a kit on hand
