Touchy parking brake?

Anyone else have to tap the parking brake after dis-engaging it? I have to every time otherwise an alarm goes off that is constant. The brake is all the way out, but the sensor is way too sensitive.

Back to the dealership I suppose for that one.

I've never used the parking brake.

I just used the parking brake yesterday and it worked as it should, either that or I drove around with it still on all day.
