We shopped for dealers and after getting a bad vibe from Cardinale Way (who claims to be a 'Christian' company) we looked them up and found the highest number of complaints of any AZ Mazda Dealer, and the BBB is trying to get them to stop bait-and-switch advertising.
They also video tape sales transactions, and make you sign a no-sue contract.

Biddulph Mazda on the west side is a really good dealership now. Talk to Xavier the manager. On the east side go to Berge Mazda. Ask to have Karl do the work. Karl is a master Mazda tech. He currently owns two Protege5, an MX6, a 1st gen RX7 and an MPV. He knows Mazda.
