my friend owns a 1997 cadillac el dorado and has tried to find a place to get some good mods for it....he wants intake and exhaust system for now...but cadillac forums suck and no1 helps...so i figured id post on the best forum alive to see if you guys know anything....(attn) (hear ya) (drinks) (piss)

My old roommate tried. You have to custom fab everything yourself.

He had flowmaster mufflers welded on and he fabricated a CAI with PVC piping.

he had a 2000 STS btw.

how do u make cai? what has to run to the intake piping? he had a piece of shit air filter and it would over heat but it was faster...

I'm suprised Borla doesn't make stuff for Cadillacs. Might be worth looking into.

I would not reccomend using PVC for an intake. You can buy bent sections of pipe and silicon couplers for it and make an intake that way.

Although I'm not a fan of it, the V8 should be able to handle a bit of nitrous without any issues.

my rental car right now is a new caddy xds, I keep catchin granny's checkin me out and grandpa giving jealous glares towards the whip...Its been wierd though, for some strange reason I wake up at 5 AM and have the urge to mow the lawn and can't resist a good coupon for the early bird special

Why cant you use PVC? I've seen it done many times.
