LSD Mazdaspeed protege

Hello all I want to know how works a mazdaspeed protege LSD differential because I bought mine on internet and It don't seems to be a LSD differential. It seems to be an open differential. Is there any tips to see if its a real mazdaspeed protege LSD differential? I will put it on my mx-6 2.5L. Thank you

It is supposed to be an OEM mazdaspeed protege LSD diff. I've join some pictures of the diff. Can someone say so me if its a real msprotege lsd diff pls. Thank you

If the final drive of the msprotege diff and the mx-6 is the same (4.105) I won't need to change the crown on the diff? And it's a upgraded version of the differential but should I weld the crown and the pin to be safe?

Definitely weld it... not sure about the MX-6 question. I know it will bolt up to a the FS03 not sure about the KL though... check www.mx6.com you may be able to get more info on that site...
