weird sound

just a quick question,

on your msps, if you hold the throttle while operating at 2-3 psi.. not WOT.. you know, just enough to have a little boost... does the turbo whistle loud?

under full bost i dont hear that..

is that normal?

it must be normal, it does it when it's fully warmed up and when i hold the throttle just a little bit more in 4th or 5th gear...

i think it's the throttle plate that opened just a little and makes a whisling sound.. if i open or close it a little more it stops ..

im not used to hearing sound since i bought this in winter.. so with the windows opened i hear all kind of things..

that and it's my first gas turbo charged car ( i had a diesel but it,s really diffrent)

He means the problem was himself, not 18 inches behind the wheel but behind the steering.
