paint it like my avatar, or u can remove and put mesh there if your blingy. also removal is a pain.

yeah, just pull it off and paint it black, or something.

I did that for a while too. It looks pretty good if you leave the mazda logo in "chrome"
You can always spend a bit of money and get a delete grill like the one I have now.

This isn't the answer you're looking for, but personally I think that chrome piece sets off the front end. To me, it doesn't look clean without it.

Don't quote me on this, but;
1) Remove the bar,
2) Remove the "M" carefully,
3) Wash it thoroughly,
4) Sand it until there is no chrome left,
5) Prime,
6) Paint,
7) Re-install.
I have never done this application before, but that seems to be the order in which to repaint a part. Maybe someone else can clarify this process better then I can.

haha i just washed mines in the tub with some bath soap, had some duplicolor flat balck in a can, sprayed it, took it to school, and got it clear coated. (thumb)
yea i dont recommend the grille delete w/o an aftermarket kit or lip or so.
