View Full Version : Order cancelled -- CC declined

Hello,

I got an email last night saying my order was cancelled due to the credit card being declined. I'm fairly confident that it was due to the billing address being incorrect. The only other reason I can think of is keying the number in incorrectly.

Anyway, I replied to the e-mail last night supplying the correct billing address and this morning wondering whether or not I need to put in a new order.

I don't recall an option to change billing information during checkout. I'd imagine I would be able to change it before placing my next order by using the "My Account" option. However, whenever I click on "My Account", I keep getting returned to the login screen.

Sorry to push things. My day hasn't gone well, so I'm in a foul mood right now. Since there's been some activity on the board, but no response from email, I thought posting would help. I'd like to get everything before the weekend, so I'm trying to do what I can to get everything ironed out promptly.

Please let me know if I have to put in a new order (with another card, since I can't update my billing info) or if the information provided in the e-mail reply is adequate to get the original order fulfilled.

the email reply was recieved just before i closed today and i will re-run the card in the morning with the new information. please don't hesitate to call us should there be a matter of urgency.
