So my right rear brake has been making a nasty, metal on metal, rhythmic (in time w/ wheel turns) scraping sound. It only happens when I am about to stop (ie. below 5-10 mph) and it does not happen when I am braking hard.
I popped the wheel off a week ago, and the brake pads *looked* fine, but I am no brake expert and have never actually changed pads myself. Also, rotors don't look damaged or warped, and there is no throbbing of the brake pedal while I'm braking.
It has been getting gradually worse in that wheel, and today I noticed the same sound has started in the back left brake. HELP?! Its incredibly annoying, and it sounds like I'm damaging things.
