hey i have an hks bov and it has the adjusable bolt on the top of it, wat are the results if i were to unscrew it or screw it?

Your just adding an lossening tension on the spring, that will make it easier and harder to blow off. It changes the pitch a little bit but it's not noticeable, a difference in boost will make more of a difference. I'd leave it alone, it works well enough and I'm not sure on this BOV but I have seen a lot of messed up Greddy's from over tightening.
