I have updated my post with some more details. Depending on how much experience you have, there could be a "moving bonus"

Must be clean, dependable and have high ethical and moral standards.

someone could explain this for i've seen a similar description more than once.. of course an employee must be dependable, but what exactly does "clean" mean and why should a mechanic have "high ethical and moral standards"? he's not applying to become the next pope...?

You can't show up to work dirty can you?
I think the others are self-explanatory.
Being dependable...speaks for itself.
Ethical & moral standards...maybe referring to you're not going to steal from the company, demoralize the company by doing something of that nature...dunno? Maybe Nicole does not want to get flirted with and harrassed by dudes drooling over her all day...all those things run through my head.

Just throwing this out there, but would you guys be looking for any motorsport/aerospace engineers any time soon? I'm about to finish up my BS in Aerospace and I'm thinking about going to get a ME in Motorsports. I'm trying to figure out what the job market out there is like. I'd like to stay with Mazda!

Because a company is defined by the quality of its employees... companies with employees of low ethical and moral standards will clearly have low ethical and moral standards when dealing with customers... would you want that shady mechanic working on your car? Would you trust that he used the right oil and replaced the right components and took the time to torque things to the right value?

Hmm Canoga Park is on my way to/from work... wonder if Tri-Point would take free labor? I would gladly volunteer to help for the opportunity to learn some of these skills to apply for my own hobby...

A high moral an ethical standard is needed so one doesn't get caught cheeting. Some teams look for that and some don't. The whole "win at all cost" attitude is only good untill you go to sleep at night and have to live with the fact that you won under false pretenses.

I would apply if I knew the first thing about motors.
