the MSP and MP3 tokico's where valved differently for MP3 and then changed again for the MSP

ok yet that said, i have replaced single damaged MSP or MP3 struts with a single Tokico blue for customers with crash affected MSPs or MP3s, gotten the cars aligned and put many a mile on them with no ill effect.

the main reason i said its not worth it is that mazda sells the struts as a package and dealer cost on them was $400 where you can get a set of tokico blues for under $400 shipped from just about anywhere.

if you buy struts individually, price through me is roughly $180 per strut for either the mp3 or msp model year.

The "filler strips" that you are referring to, (the ones that you won't ship and are $59), are those the ones that cover up where the roof rack would attach on? or are they the whole strip all the way back? I'd like to get just the little parts that cover up where the roof rack would attach, and i'd come pick them up obviously.

those are different from what you need. the strips are to put in place of the rails for those who want to totally remove the rack. you need the caps, which are $100 for a set of four.

the bumper under your 03.5 lip is the EXACT same as all the other protege ones. Unless you messed up your bumper you can just take it off.

inner CV joints are $195 a piece, outer CV joints are $249 a piece. it is often easier to replace the half shaft itself.

wheel locks typically come in a set with a key. i am not sure what you are asking when it comes to miata wheel locks VS protege locks

no problem man, happy to help :) and people probably complain i don't answer my cell phone, which if they paid attention to the voicemail message they'd find out why. they also complain when i don't pick up when they call after the shop is closed. looking at hours of operation is too much to ask for some people though. i honestly used to get calls at 1 or 2 am. i don't care what fucking time zone you are in, there is no reason to be calling someone about a mazda part at that time of night.
