So when I'm idling and I rev up the engine, from 1000 - 1400 rpm's, theres a slight vibration, I can feel it in the car and the dash... whats up with that? And when the revs come back down, again i can feel it from 1400 down to 1000 rpms... help... Thanks.

check your motor mounts for tears/cracks... possibility that it could be a bad mount causing the vibration issues.

Ya thats true. But then why wouldnt it do it at higher revs... or all the way up the grid...

because the engine rotation is alot faster and not causing the same imbalance as it does @ lower RPM.
