OK So I put on my coilovers and I love them but I'm get a slight "bang" from the front pass side. When I pulled the wheel to take a look I noticed the new endlinks had hit part of the frame. or at least i think it's part of the frame. I have 2 pics of the area I'm talking about. it doesn't seem to be connecting anything and I think I can just shavec back the 1/4" to 1/2" I need to clear the bolt from the endlink..... Has anyone else run into this and how did you fixed it. I circled the area in the pics.

That piece is the front subframe. Yes, you can grind that part back, but there has to be something else wrong. The endlink and it's attaching bolts shouldn't come anywhere near hitting that piece.
Also...it looks like you endlink has one end threaded all the way in and the top is pretty far out. I guess that works, but that isn't the way they are normally adjusted.

I didn't think it should either, but I installed it just as the directions said checked everything 3x's. I guess I could switch the direction of the bolt it might have a bit more clearance that way.
As for the threads on the end links they are almost exactly the same. The way I took the pic is very deceiving. I actually had to go out and take a look at the endlink to make sure.
I didn’t adjust them shorter then stock length, just to see how it rides. I will be shortening them a little this weekend and go from there if I like the ride. Changing to a Tein Setup made the turning and just driving in general very responsive. I didn’t want to tighten the sway bars too much. From what I understand it can throw everything off.

The top bolt looks to long so yeah you should adjust them so they're a bit more even. I ended up adjusting mine shorter than stock and I don't hit anything. I'll see if I can find a pic when I get home so you have something to compare to.
