View Full Version : Talked to the Mazda Big-Wigs today...

It was one American and two Japanese guys. We went out to have some coffee and they grilled me about how I drove the car.

Then they gave me two Axela keychains, looked at the car up on the lift, and the American Mazda guy said they'd be sending me some 'Mazda Bucks' that 'should go a long way toward that CAI you want'.

I didn't even have to get a rental. The American was quite an enthusiast, and one of the Japanese men was a motorcyclist who told me he high-sided when he was younger and subsequently lost a kidney to a Nissan. He still rides, though.

I didn't take pics, and the only one who's name I remember is Paul. I didn't get a last name (it just never occurred to me). I won't even pretend to remember the two Japanese men's names. (Haido? Shiba?)

Still the MS3. They're not replacing my vehicle, dude. I'm not sure I want them to replace it. As long as the engine stays in, I'm gravy.

(And the Mazda Bucks for the CAI will rock, whenever they come in....)
