So I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with an Extreme Dimension's body kit for your Protege. The one I'm looking at right now is here (http://www.andysautosport.com/mazda/1999_2000_protege/exterior/body_kits/extreme_dimensions/extr00072132.html)

If any one has bought that kit in particular please let me know if there were any fitment issues or other problems.

Don't do it dude IMO. That is a ugly body kit.

i agree, don't do that trash. Look in the photo/video section, there are many great looking 99-00 proteges. Search up Lunatik's car on this forum, his is very cool.

not to offend anyone.....IMO i think that body kit is kinda ugly too...and for that price....i don't think its worth it.....if i were you, i'd probably go for something cheaper...like an add on lip....OR you can go with something more expensive like the sport20 conversion

yeah, that kit does not flow well with the car, just doesn't look right.

I have to say go with either the sport20 conversion or get the 01-03 front bumper in that link D-rock240 posted and get the stock sideskirts and rear lip, you'll be set.

or you can also get this body kit just like mazpro...i think its hot....i was going to get this kit but somehow found corksport and fell in love with the sport20 kit...

Thanks for all your help guys, I'll definetely consider your comments. I'm still looking at all available kits, and didn't have my heart set on that one or anything though.

I would love to hear your opinions on this kit as well. http://www.andysautosport.com/mazda/1999_2000_protege/exterior/body_kits/extreme_dimensions/extr00072133.html

Also, I have only owned my Protege for a short amount of time, so any and all advice you guys have I would love to hear. My car is a 2000 LX

It's cool man, take your time. Generally most people on the forum like subtle bodykits. Take a look at corksport.com. Their stuff is leet but also expensive because most are jdm.

For a 99/00 model of Protege, there isn't many kits that look that great. Personally you should go with one of the following:

1. Corksport body kit
2. Erebuni body kit
3. Sport 20 front bumper w/ MSP sideskirts and rear lip
4. Mazda 01-03 front lip w/ MSP sideskirts and rear lip

IMO i don't think this kit flows well with the car....and i do agree with Bluewolfcry about taking your time.....i recommend you go check out corksport.com.......their stuff there are pretty expensive but i think its decent.....all i bought from corksport was my sport20 bumper.....for my side and rear skirt, i bought it from racingbeat.com i didn't think it cost too much.....

i also like the CORK SPORT 'MS Style' Front Bumper (99-00)

why don't you just buy the bumper from corksport and then find the side and rear from somewhere else....for me, it was the front bumper that was hard to find.....

erebuni FTW.... more pics at www.cardomain.com/id/shogunprotege

great thing about the kit, is that it fit like a glove once the bumper reinforcements were modified..
