Last year, I replaced the clutch/flywheel on my car in my buddy's garage.

We had a LOT of problems sliding in the passenger driveshaft.
Finally got it in, but since then it had a slight leak. after about 1.5mths, it was drained, essentially.
I thought, at first, that it was just cuz i overfilled the tranny with like 4.5L of fluid - but it didn't stop dripping.
It's now empty/dry after being in storage for the last 7 months.

What could have caused this leak? I'm hoping it something like the driveshaft seal to the tranny is broken and it's leaking cuz of that. Is that a possibility?

The car shifted fine, no transmission issues after install, other than the slight drip.

I have the same problem. The thing that holds my axle to the block is broken so the I guess the axle isn't staying flush. Bump for more answers.

i'm pretty sure mine might be the same alignment problem.
If the dealers around here weren't all fucknuts, i'd just bring it in, pay the $100 to have it all made flush - but i don' tthink my car can even make it onto their lifts anymore :(
