e-bay has 3-m set $249 hood lip, bra, mirrors and headlights. looks nice ordered last night.

How hard is this to install yourself? Do I need anything else like special tools. My buddy has similar kit on his STi and I was impressed with the fact that after a year it still looks great and the bumper protector was actually a few millimeter's thicker than I thought.
