i run the VIN through Ford's OASIS system. surprisingly, they have Mazda info in there as well.

yes, it will work with them all. i've ran MSP and P5's and i can still get build dates. all you have to do is PM me your VIN.

this works for any Mazda vehicle and i've provided build dates for a lot of you already. just wanted to see if anyone else needed it.

for whatever reason, one system that i was accessing to get build dates doesn't load anymore and the other one just spits back errors :(

Got mine from a good friend yesterday.
Wouldn't be too significant except it's the first vin of '07 models, which nails the 2006-end - 2007-start model year production date.
