Help picking struts and shocks

Hey;
i need some help picking out a new suspension system. I have a set of tein S tech, and i was told that it would be a smart decision to change my struts and shocks. the dealer told me that my oem wont last to long if i put on the teins. So could any one please give me some recommendation?

for s-tech's, get illumina's - shorter shock body make for a better fit to lowering springs
