For sale is a set of Brembo front brakes. these are Brembo gran turismo brakes with 4 piston calipers and 13" cross drilled rotors. Also included are the goodrige braided stainless lines and the brackets to bolt up to a protege. these were pulled from a P5 but may fit other mazdas.
They were pulled from a 2002 P5 with 42k miles. So I would assume they have less miles on them than that.
This is a serious track oriented performance brake setup. and is a very expensive set, new prices are in the $2300+ range. for more information and pricing see here http://www.buybrakes.com/brembo/gran-turismo.html
I am asking $650 OBO for the set.

Look like the rotors need replacing/re-surfacing or have just been sitting in rain for some time. The only problem I see is clearance issues. Where these on the stock rims and tires?

Stock sedan brakes are 10.2"/10.3" ft/rr. Mazdaspeed brakes are 10.8"/11.0" ft/rr. So I doubt these will fit under stock 16" wheels- 17's maybe.
And rotor surfaces tend to do that when exposed to moisture- or even high levels of humidity. Since this guy is from Mississippi, I bet it's very humid down there. They will clean themselves off after installation and driven on.

What do mean? this is a complete kit and for less than half the original price.

Rotoras run for about 1800-2000. and they are not brembos. IMO Brembo is the performance brake manufacturer.

Yeah they have some surface rust on them. that all will come off after a couple of stops. And no the OEM racing harts will not clear these. the problem is the caliper width not diameter. a 17" wheel will clear but you need a convex shaped spokes to clear the caliper. basically the RH's straight spokes hit the caliper. See pics of the setup it was pulled from.
Also, I said OBO so if you want them make offers.

Not bad... Wish they were red! I'd drop $900 for them right then and there...

What is everyone complaining about? I think thats a steal. They're 2 piece rotors. The rotors alone are worth a 1k. If I had the money I would be all over these. And if I were you I would try and sell them on other forums as well. It's no way I would drop that price below 1k.

Those rotors look like they have more than just surface rust. They look like they've been sitting in water for quite a while.
I'd recommend replacing the rotors, pads, and rotor hardware before running those.

I've seen that car before. Would you want to part out the seats. Think they where a set of Sparcos. I want the BBK but there is no way to tell clearance. Any offsets of the rims etc?

Shoot me a PM with your email and I will send some pics.
Okay for all you concerned about clearance. here is your map.
A = 29mm
B = 110mm
C = 188mm
For all you non metric folks that means you need slightly less than 1.25" between the wheel flange and the spokes. Go measure.

I'd jump on them in a heartbeat if I the caliper width wasn't an issue. I already had the grind the stock caliper frames down to clear the new wheels. These would be that much worse. What a shame.

Ill give you $300 for them?! :) I would love to take these but I would rather spend it on the block. Good luck with the sale.
Where did the brackets come from? Custom? I was under the impression that Brembo didn't make brakes for our cars. I heard something about 626 Brembos but thought they wouldn't mount up.

FYI Guys I still have these. I decided to hang on to them for a project but have now decided to sell. And I am much more motivated so a decent offer will get them. I edited the original post. now asking $650 OBO.
Also these should work on the new MS3, MS6, RX8, etc. anybody know how different the brackets are?
