Strut bar question

Ok so I'm thinking of installing strut bar in the front... whats the main advantage? Is it better to put one in the front or rear? What experiences have you guys had, who's put them in? Cornering better? Can you tell the difference? Who sells them for a good price?

it helps like 10%, but you will quickly get used to it...not worth spending more than 150 on. the 4 holed ones can be a bit hard to line up.
