Drove through a construction zone on I-75 and had the truck infront of me throw up a few of those tiny pebbles from new asphalt...so now I have 3 knicks on the front of the passenger side hood..bout the size of a pin head, but might as well be crators! needless to say mazdaspeed bra is getting ordered later this week... and this is 2 days after I had bird shit almost eat thru the clearcoat in under a day...

Sorry to hear that man, I've had a dozen chips in my hood since last summer. There are too many gravel haulers around my house during the warmer months.

On a similar note I got a chip in my windshield on Saturday driving to a local meet and greet with some other MS6 owners. It sounded like a boulder but I didn't see it I just heard it. It's a small chip but in Michigan with the BIG temp swings I'm sure it will be a spidering crack in no time.(pissed)

I feel you on the chips, Vegas has a ton of constructon and there are damn rock trucks all over the place. My durango got a broken windshield and it wasn't even a month old yet.

I live in the city, in a front license plate state - which means my bumpers get murdered by the screws holding on license plates when people [can't] parallel park. After only a month I already have 3 deep gouges in my back bumper. . . such is life. I may just have to get the bumper resprayed once a year - lol.

Thats nothing... A week in with my ride, im in line at McD's and some damn mexican, mind you I am mexican...lol, weed wacking catches a rock and nailed the lip on the top of the passenger rear door. Chipped all the way to the metal. Of course I explained to the manager that they need to keep an eye on these idiots cutting the grass. How could you cut grass around a drivethrough when the lane is full. Damn idiot mexicans, what a disgrace.
