Well, as some of you know I used to have the MSP and then got rid of it for the family wagon (Dodge Durango). Anyway, the wife had the 03 6s so last night, we found the last 06' MS6 in Vegas and went to take a look. Well, lookie what Daddy brought home last night: (breakn)

Back to the DARK SIDE....

It has that really cool keyless entry where you don't even have to use a key (how cool is that). You also don't need the key to start the car, but you have the have the transmitter thingy in your pocket at least. No Navigation and no moonroof but it's got black leather which the wife wanted since her 03 6s had the leather.

Thanks, what a difference from my MSP to this, too bukuuu too bukuuu...haha! It's a beautiful car, the nicest one I have every owned. The car is for my wife and kids, I drive it on weekends when we go as a family, what can I say, got to take care of the little lady who takes care of me.

"Hi MOM!"

Yeah, the wife should drive the Durango, but the MS6 is safer with all the airbags and all wheel drive since our Durango is only 2wd. I will drive it on the weekends so I'm not worried about it at all.

I have to say that the clutch is going to take some getting used to, but I knew that already so it's ok.

congrats. Lots of us here went from the msp to the ms6. I don't miss my msp at all.
But, am I reading something wrong here. You have the advanced key system, leather but no moonroof???

Yep, advanced key system, black leather and no moonroof, talk about a different set of options huh!

the advanced keyless is standard on the GT, but the moonroof is more, so in other words, its a base GT.

How desperate were they to get rid of the '06?

How desperate were they to get rid of the '06?

Thanks everyone.

I had to haggle with them for hours on the car. I told them that it had been on their lot forever as the last 4 of the vin were quite low. I told them that they wanted to get rid of the last 06 in Vegas and I was going to be the one to take it. Anyway, we actually ended up driving off the lot and heading home as the deal wasn't good enough. Half way home they called me with an offer that we would take. Good Stuff but being at the dealer until after midnight wasn't fun at all.

Yeah, it's probably the base but it's still nice. My wifes parents live on the Painesville / Mentor border up on Lake Shore by 44. Small world huh!

Sounds almost close to my story. Had the MSP and wife had SUV. Wife wanted a better MPG vehicle but didn't want to drive the MSP so traded that in on a civic and I drove the SUV. Then I finally got to trade the SUV in on the MS6 in oct. Car looks good man, same as mine just different color. Welcome to the MS6 club. Also Semper Fi man.

i got a moonroof, i gotta moonroof....na.na.na.na.na...boo.boo! :)

i think in canada, we either get a gt with the works including moonroof, or a sport with none of it. Maybe that is where I got confused.

Enjoy the car man! Too bad you'll never get to use it in snow as she is a blast in snow

I know where you live, right down the street from the Fire Station and Wal*mart. Right by the Lincoln Electric plant there. Smaller world now, especially since your Jon and I'm John and my father-in-law is John..haha!

I feel like I should jump in since I am the wife!
I love the car, I have wanted it since before they were even released! I loved my 2003 blaco onyx 6s, but this MS6 is way better! I miss my moonroof, but being so hot and sunny here in Vegas, I barley got to put it to good use.
I am getting used to the clutch, but not great yet.

Nice, the MS6 is going well so far, just had to put the first tank of gas into it last evening and all seems well.
