Or did it get one that was specific to the vehicle. I'm asking because I bought my MSP used w/ no owner's manual. I ordered one at the dealership and got a generic Protege/protege 5 manual. I would think with the advertised "over a thousand new parts" that they would give you a specific manual. Thanks in advance

from what i remember, there is a generic protege/protege5 manual and then a separate supplement (thin booklet) that explains the Mazdaspeed. i'll check for sure when i go to my car.

You are correct. It came with a Protege/P5 manual which still has information in it for the FS-DET. But it also came with a small Mazdaspeed insert :)

The insert comes in the protege/protege5 booklet? I'm afraid to open it if I have to return it lol

No. Its a seperate booklet. Not much information outside of "don't ever increase the boost" ok Mazda, two service schedules, and some specifications. Basically nothing that you could not find on this site or over the net. Don't waste your money on attempting to obtain this booklet.

I want it just in case I want to resell the car. I hate not having all the stuff that it came with.
