Happens to me more in 2nd than 3rd but yes the tranny doesnt like to be rushed... then again Ive caught myself lifting the clutch early and that sure doesnt help (crazy)

You can't shift into 3rd over 6K rpms. The synchronizers won't mesh up well, thus the grind of the syncos.

The clutch action is so light and quick, I cant say the same for the shifter even with the 70mount and bushings. I find myself coming up on the clutch before the car is in gear during power/speedshifting sometimes. 2-3only. 1-2 is always perfect fast. Grinds a bit cold and slow though. I find that sitting closer helps at the track in my other cars. Racing seating position is a bit close for normal day to day driving and I find "for me" most of the problem is my sitting to far away or super,as fast As I can shift, shifts.
