Broken Bolt Need a little help

Ok I was doing my header install and snapped one of the spring bolts connecting the J pipe to the Mid Pipe..... I don't think it's going to be too much of an issue if I can just replace the bolt. Has anyone else run into this problem.....
I've heated it and soaked it with PB blaster, no luck......

Fixed. I hope no one else has to drill out these exhaust bolts.

Man that sucks, I just hit mine with the impact gun and they came right off. Is that how you snapped it? Everything ok now? Did you get a new bolt? And thanks for posting in the right section:)

Yep I did it with my impact gun, and it snapped as soon as I started. But I fixed it went to my local Advance Auto(which I managed for a few yrs) and picked up a couple of grade 10 bolts and some new springs, drilled out the flange and it looks like it's going to work pretty well. I'm just waiting on my Manifold gasket before I tighten everything up. I'll take a few picks when it'd done....it may help someone out down the road.


And do you really have that much of an issue with people posting in the wrong section? I would think it's more or less self explanatory
