I wouldn't think it should, it's venting cooled air from the intercooler right? Unless it's just hot cause of heat off the motor.

Everything in our engine bay seems to get hot. I don't have an HKS, but when I needed to adjust my T fitting for my boost gauge one day... it was hot. Actually that entire runner on the manifold to the BPV was hot to the touch.

Engine runs hot... whataya gonna do.
