Need help with wheel & tire sizes.

I've been searching some Mazda forums about this but I'm not really any closer to a decision, so here is my dilemma. I have a Mazda3 Hatch and I'm looking at some particular replacement wheels and tires, and the choices listed are as follows:

205/40/17
215/40/17
215/45/17
225/45/17

Bolt Pattern: 5x114.3
Size: 17"x7"
Offset: +48mm

My car has the stock suspension, I'd like them to fit well, and my main concern is the tach/speedo being off with the wrong size wheel and tire combo, will any of the above fit properly or do I need something totally different?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
