Good Deal?

I have a chance to buy the following, in your opinions, is this a good deal?

Nexxen 205/40R17 performance tires mounted on Eagle Alloy chrome rims. 5 X 114 bolt pattern. Used one season. Asking $850 OBO. (Thats Canadian dollars)

Just break it down and see if you think its a good deal.

Eagle rims $150 a corner = 600

Nexen Tires $100 a corner = 400

Total - $1000

You are only saving 200 bucks, i would say its ok but not a good deal
